Dispatch
Dispatch keeps the whole operation moving. When an owner calls in stranded, you gather the details, find the closest available technician, and get them on the road. It is fast-paced work for someone who stays organized under pressure and keeps both technicians and customers informed from the first call to the completed repair. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role, open anywhere in the United States.
Role details
What You'll Do
- Take inbound calls from owners who are stranded or broken down
- Gather the details a technician needs before rolling: location, rig, symptoms, access
- Match jobs to the nearest available technician and keep the day's board moving
- Keep customers updated on arrival windows and next steps
- Log call details and job status accurately so nothing falls through
What You Bring
- Calm, clear phone manner under pressure - most callers are having a bad day
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle several live jobs at once
- Comfort with scheduling software and quick, accurate note-taking
- Dispatch, call center, or logistics experience is a plus
- Comfort learning new scheduling tools and systems as the network grows
